The creative process meets intentional awareness through the practice of body sensations, breathwork and visual guided meditations to foster ideation. Mindfulness doesn’t always mean sitting still and trying to silence the noise – it’s also learning to be present with what is.

How To Ignite Flow State

Focused and wandering attention techniques coupled with blue sky breathwork, create an environment for uninterrupted flow. The serendipity of idea generation and regularity of production requires deliberate discipline to release feelings of overwhelm.

So much of the creative process is hearing, dissecting and formulating solutions based on data, insights, intuition and immediacy. Through active engagement and mindful meditation we sharpen the practice of being present.

About Kamey Butler

Kamey Butler is a multi-hyphenate creative who has spent the last 25 years working across Fashion, Beauty, Art & Entertainment as both an Agent, Producer, Creative Director & Operational architect — shaping brands creatively and scaling initiatives globally. 

However, in 2012 she reached career burnout, began suffering from panic attacks and slipped into a deep depression, realizing that she lacked the skills to balance her ambition and creative energy with ease. She studied natural healing and holistic modalities that supported ways to calm the nervous system, became a Reiki Master with an understanding of the mind-body connection and studied neuroscience and human behavior at UCLA to integrate mindfulness meditation as a way to balance the thought process.  

Through over a decade of practicing Kamey has learned how to bring spaciousness and creativity into both her professional and personal life in a balanced, meaningful way.
